What's Included in Our Cremation Services?


Transportation of deceased from anywhere in Wisconsin to crematory


Professional services of Funeral Director and staff


Sheltering of remains until cremation can take place (48 hours minimum required by state law)


Minimum cardboard cremation container and minimum black plastic urn

Filing all state required paperwork.  We file the death certificate, but there is an extra if we order them for you or the family can order them once we complete the death certificate.


Cremation completed in approximately 10-14 days, pending paperwork from doctor and/or coroner. (Please contact us prior to scheduling a memorial service if you wish to have the cremated remains present at the service.)


Friendly, compassionate staff to assist you


Paperwork completed electronically by authorized agent/next-of-kin

Shipping of cremated remains to anywhere in Wisconsin for $70 vis USPS (there is a $125 fee to mail to other states).


Verification of death for obituaries submitted by family

What's Not Included?


Cremation permit fee or any other fees charged by county coroner (varies by county)


Ordering of death certificates (family members can order death certificates on their own; please check with any Wisconsin county’s Register of Deeds office for ordering information)


Assistance with memorial/funeral service/burial


Assistance with filing military paperwork/benefits


Private viewing or witnessed cremation (options may be available at an additional cost)

Assistance with obituary submission (however verification of death will be provided by funeral director to any papers that request it)


Priority or “rush” removal of deceased outside of our normal office hours (M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm) from location of death will incur a fee of $200. This will include holiday removals. We will always dispatch a funeral director immediately to contact you by phone at the time of death.

NOTE: Hospice or hospital staff cannot require you to call a local funeral home and pay a higher charge to have the deceased removed sooner. (WI Chapter DHS 135.04 states that family has up to 12 hours to arrange for the deceased to be removed.)


Removals requiring additional manpower may incur an additional charge of $200 (oversized person, full flights of stairs, unusual circumstances of death, etc.) The family can save money if an able bodied family member will assist with a removal from the home or place of death.
